插入并关联 X7Insert and link X7

三平台操作一致，扫描条形码或手动输入 EID 均可。关联只需首次做一次。Same steps on every platform — scan the barcode or type in the EID. Linking is a one-time step.

  1. 插入 X7，保留大卡Insert X7, keep the carrier card

    取下 X7 小卡，正确放入手机 SIM 卡托，再将卡托装回手机。请保留印有 EID 的大卡。Pop out the X7 adapter, place it correctly in your phone's SIM tray, and slide the tray back in. Keep the carrier card printed with the EID.

  2. 打开蓝牙与 Xesim AppTurn on Bluetooth and open the Xesim app

    开启手机蓝牙，在 App 中按提示完成首次设置，并允许所需权限。Turn on Bluetooth, follow the in-app prompts to finish first-time setup, and allow the permissions it asks for.

  3. 输入 EID，关联卡片Enter the EID to link the card

    扫描大卡背面的 EID 条形码，或手动输入完整的 32 位 EID。核对卡片信息，按提示完成关联。Scan the EID barcode on the back of the carrier card, or type in the full 32-digit EID. Check the card details and follow the prompts to finish linking.

  4. 确认已连接Check it's connected

    进入卡片管理页面，确认显示的是你的 X7，并检查连接状态。显示“已连接”后，继续下载或管理 eSIM。Open the card management page, make sure it shows your X7, and check the connection status. Once it says “Connected”, go ahead and download or manage eSIMs.

在 App 中看到此状态，即可继续下一步。When you see this status in the app, you're ready for the next step.

下载 eSIM 到 X7Download an eSIM to X7

这一步，使用套餐供应商提供的 eSIM 二维码。For this step, use the eSIM QR code from your plan provider.

  1. 点击“添加 eSIM”Tap “Add eSIM”

    保持手机联网，确认 X7 已连接。在 eSIM 列表中点击“添加 eSIM”，选择“扫码”。Keep your phone online and make sure X7 is connected. In the eSIM list, tap “Add eSIM” and choose “Scan”.

  2. 扫描套餐二维码Scan the plan's QR code

    扫描供应商提供的 eSIM 二维码，等待读取信息。核对后确认下载；如需确认码，按供应商提供的信息填写。Scan the eSIM QR code from your provider and wait for the details to load. Check them, then confirm the download; if a confirmation code is required, enter the one your provider gave you.

  3. 等待下载完成Wait for the download to finish

    保持手机网络与蓝牙连接稳定，不要取出卡片或退出 App。完成后，在 eSIM 列表中找到新套餐。Keep your network and Bluetooth connection stable — don't remove the card or leave the app. When it's done, you'll find the new plan in the eSIM list.

启用，再确认联网Enable it, then confirm you're online

下载成功后，还有最后一步。Once the download succeeds, there's one last step.

  1. 启用目标 eSIMEnable the eSIM

    在 App 中找到刚下载的 eSIM，开启对应开关，等待启用完成。Find the eSIM you just downloaded in the app, turn on its switch, and wait for it to finish enabling.

  2. 选对移动数据线路Pick the right mobile data line

    进入手机移动网络设置，开启 X7 所在线路。需要使用它上网时，将其设为移动数据线路。iPhone 可进入“设置 → 蜂窝网络”。In your phone's mobile network settings, turn on the line X7 is in. To go online with it, set it as your mobile data line. On iPhone, go to Settings → Cellular.

  3. 检查漫游与 APNCheck roaming and APN

    按套餐供应商要求检查数据漫游和 APN；需要手动填写时，使用供应商提供的信息。Check Data Roaming and APN as your plan provider requires; if you need to enter them manually, use the details from your provider.

  4. 关闭 Wi-Fi，验证上网Turn off Wi-Fi and test

    等待网络注册，暂时关闭 Wi-Fi，打开网页并刷新，确认能加载新内容。Wait for the phone to register on the network, turn Wi-Fi off for a moment, then open a web page and refresh to confirm new content loads.

准备完成ALL SET

现在，可以开始使用你的 eSIM 了。You're ready to use your eSIM.

下载完成、启用成功、能够上网，是三个不同的检查环节。Downloaded, enabled and online are three separate checks.

通话和短信能力以套餐说明为准。仅需接收短信时，不必为了验证而开启可能收费的数据服务。Calling and SMS depend on your plan. If you only need to receive texts, there's no need to turn on data services that may cost money just to test.

日常管理，打开 App 即可Everyday management, right in the app

连接 X7 后，按需要查看和管理卡内 eSIM。With X7 connected, view and manage the eSIMs on your card as needed.

查看与备注View & label

查看并复制 EID；为套餐添加易于识别的备注，如“日本旅行”。View and copy your EID; give plans a label that's easy to recognise, like “Japan trip”.

启用与切换Enable & switch

开启要使用的 eSIM，等待操作完成及手机重新注册网络。Turn on the eSIM you want to use, then wait for the switch to finish and your phone to re-register on the network.

暂时禁用Disable for now

暂停使用，保留卡内 eSIM。禁用不等于暂停套餐计费或有效期。Pause an eSIM while keeping it on the card. Disabling doesn't pause your plan's billing or validity period.

删除 eSIMDelete an eSIM

移除不再需要的 eSIM。先确认号码、余额及能否重新下载。Remove eSIMs you no longer need. First check the number, balance, and whether it can be downloaded again.

换手机后怎么办？Switching phones?

将 X7 插入兼容的新手机，安装 Xesim App，再按以下情况操作：Put X7 into a compatible new phone, install the Xesim app, then follow the case that fits:

重新关联时，可扫描 EID 条形码或手动输入 32 位 EID。更换手机不会清空卡内 eSIM；套餐的设备使用限制以供应商规则为准。When linking again, scan the EID barcode or type in the 32-digit EID. Switching phones doesn't erase the eSIMs on the card; any device limits on your plan follow your provider's rules.

选择你当前遇到的情况，按顺序检查。Pick what's happening and check each step in order.

无法关联，或 X7 显示未连接Can't link, or X7 shows “Not connected”
  1. 确认卡片已正确插入、手机已开机，X7 所在线路处于开启状态。
  2. 开启手机蓝牙，并允许 Xesim App 所需的连接权限。
  3. 核对关联的 EID。条形码无法识别时，手动输入卡背完整的 32 位 EID。
  4. 返回 App 重试连接。仍未恢复时，记录页面提示并联系客服。
  1. Make sure the card is inserted properly, the phone is on, and the line X7 is in is turned on.
  2. Turn on Bluetooth and allow the connection permissions the Xesim app needs.
  3. Check the EID you linked. If the barcode won't scan, type in the full 32-digit EID from the back of the card.
  4. Go back to the app and try connecting again. If it still doesn't work, note the on-screen message and contact support.
eSIM 下载失败eSIM download failed
  1. 确认手机可以访问互联网，X7 显示“已连接”。
  2. 核对二维码或激活码是否完整、有效，是否已经使用；需要确认码时向供应商核对。
  3. 先查看列表中是否已有该套餐，再决定是否重试。
  4. 保留完整错误提示。不要通过删除其他 eSIM 来排查下载问题。
  1. Make sure your phone can reach the internet and X7 shows “Connected”.
  2. Check that the QR code or activation code is complete, valid and unused; if a confirmation code is needed, confirm it with your provider.
  3. Check whether the plan is already in your list before you retry.
  4. Keep the full error message. Don't delete other eSIMs to troubleshoot a download.
eSIM 已启用，但没有信号eSIM is enabled, but there's no signal
  1. 确认目标 eSIM 已启用，手机系统中 X7 所在线路也已开启。
  2. 检查当前地区是否在套餐覆盖范围内，以及套餐是否满足激活条件。
  3. 等待网络注册；必要时开关飞行模式或重启手机。
  4. 仍无服务时，准备所在地区、手机型号和套餐名称，联系 eSIM 供应商排查。
  1. Make sure the eSIM is enabled, and the line X7 is in is turned on in your phone's settings.
  2. Check that you're in the plan's coverage area and that its activation conditions are met.
  3. Wait for network registration; if needed, toggle Airplane Mode or restart the phone.
  4. Still no service? Note your location, phone model and plan name, and contact your eSIM provider.
有信号，但不能上网There's signal, but no internet
  1. 开启移动数据，并将 X7 所在线路设为移动数据线路。
  2. 按套餐供应商要求检查数据漫游与 APN。
  3. 确认套餐仍在有效期内，且有可用流量。
  4. 关闭 Wi-Fi 后测试；如开启了 VPN 或代理，可暂时关闭后排查。
  1. Turn on mobile data and set the line X7 is in as your mobile data line.
  2. Check Data Roaming and APN as your plan provider requires.
  3. Make sure the plan is still valid and has data left.
  4. Test with Wi-Fi off; if a VPN or proxy is on, turn it off while troubleshooting.

不需要。X7 由手机 SIM 卡槽供电，无需单独充电。No. X7 is powered by your phone's SIM slot and never needs charging on its own.

蓝牙用于 App 与 X7 之间的连接，帮助你下载和管理卡内 eSIM。日常上网、通话或短信通过手机蜂窝网络完成，具体能力取决于套餐。Bluetooth connects the app to X7 so you can download and manage the eSIMs on the card. Everyday data, calls and texts go over your phone's cellular network, depending on your plan.
App 必须安装在插入 X7 的手机上吗？Does the app have to be on the phone X7 is in?
不需要。App 不要求与 X7 位于同一台手机。只要在蓝牙连接范围内，并已成功关联 X7，就可以连接并管理 X7。No. The app doesn't need to be on the same phone as X7. As long as it's within Bluetooth range and X7 has been linked, it can connect to and manage X7.
X7 能被多台手机同时蓝牙连接吗？Can several phones connect to X7 over Bluetooth at once?
不能。同一时刻，X7 只能被一部手机通过蓝牙连接。No. X7 can be connected to only one phone over Bluetooth at a time.
任意手机都能蓝牙连接 X7 吗？Can any phone connect to X7 over Bluetooth?
只有安装 Xesim App 并成功关联 X7 的手机才能连接 X7。没有经过关联认证的手机无法连接 X7 卡。Only phones with the Xesim app that have successfully linked X7 can connect to it. Phones that haven't been linked can't connect to the X7 card.
